[ga] Missing GA-full archives?

Hello,

At http://www.dnso.org/dnso/gaarchives.html the GA-Full archives were
closed on January 1, 2003. But, a new one for messages after January
1st wasn't created? Is this by design, or just overlooked?? (the
GA-full is useful, as messages sometimes seem to appear there first,
before making it into the "with rules" archive)
