ARTICLE XVII: MEMBERS


ICANN shall not have members, as defined in the California Nonprofit
Public Benefit Corporation Law ("CNPBCL"), notwithstanding the use of the
term "Member" in these Bylaws, in any ICANN document, or in any action of
the ICANN Board or staff.
