[ga] FYI: No suspension of voting rights in NC

Dear all,

Names Council Chair Bruce Tonkin has just posted a message
to the NC list that there will be no suspension of voting 
rights (regarding the NCDNHC, ccTLD and ISP/CP constituencies)
on 20 Oct 2002.

The reason for this is that the Names Council is not
authorized to do this. A statement by ICANN General
Counsel Louis Touton to this effect is attached to Bruce
Tonkin's message.
