Dear all,

Heise Online reports that the European Commission will
run the GAC Secretariat from November on -- a decision
apparenly taken at the GAC meeting:

The Heise Online article also points to an earlier story
about rumours that outgoing GAC Chairman Paul Twomey
might become Stuart Lynn's successor as ICANN President.
