ELECCIONES PARA MIEMBROS DEL CONSEJO DE DIRECCIONES (ADDRESS COUNCIL)
DEL
ASO (ADDRESS SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION) EN REPRESENTACION DE LA REGIÓN
DE
LACNIC

En el marco del LACNIC III -Encuentro Abierto de Políticas- llevado a
cabo
en la Ciudad de México durante los días 11 y 12 de noviembre de 2002,
se
realizó  la elección de los 3 representantes al Consejo de
Direcciones
(Address Council)  del ASO en representación de la región de LACNIC.

Los candidatos elegidos  completarán las tres vacantes generadas y
formarán
parte del Consejo de Direcciones por 3, 2 y 1 año respectivamente a
partir
del 11 de noviembre de 2002.

El resultado de las elecciones realizadas el día 11 de noviembre de
2002 en
Ciudad de México fue el siguiente:

PRIMER PUESTO: Sr.Julián Dunayevich  (julian@dunayevich.com.ar) quien
ocupará el cargo por 3 años consecutivos desde el 11 de noviembre de
2002
hasta el 11 de noviembre de 2005.

SEGUNDO PUESTO: Sr. Hartmut Richard Glaser, (glaser@ansp.br) quien
ocupará
el cargo por 2 años consecutivos desde el 11 de noviembre de 2002
hasta el
11 de noviembre de 2004.

TERCER PUESTO: Sr. Raimundo Beca,  (rbeca@ctc.cl) quien ocupará el
cargo por
1 año desde el 11 de noviembre de 2002  hasta el 11 de noviembre de
2003.




ELECTIONS OF ADDRESS COUNCIL (AC) MEMBERS REPRESENTATIVES OF LACNIC
REGION
TO THE ADDRESS SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION (ASO).

The election of the 3 Address Council members representatives of
LACNIC
Region to the ASO (Address Supporting Organization) was held on
November 11
of  2002 in Mexico City, within the framework of the Open Policy
Meeting
LACNIC III.

The newly elected representatives will fill the three generated
vacancies
and will be members of the Address Council for three, two, and one
year
respectively, starting on November 11, 2002.

Following is the outcome of the elections held on November 11, 2002
in
México City:

FIRST PLACE:  Mr. Julián Dunayevich   (julian@dunayevich.com.ar)
quien
ocupará el cargo por 3 años consecutivos desde el 11 de noviembre de
2002
hasta el 11 de noviembre de 2005.

SECOND PLACE:  Mr. Hartmut Richard Glaser, (glaser@ansp.br) quien
