ICANN allows for the special protection of domain names (like "Olympics")
based on CONTENT, Thomas. Numerous legitimate claims by individuals to
domain registrations have been (and are being) usurped with the blessing of
ICANN under their UDRP rules every day since 1998. The violation of my
copyrighted material on a protected "Olympics" domain is therefore germane
to this list.
