[ga] Major NSI screw-up: Mass disclosure of registrant (contact?) e-mail addresses.

I just got a 1.7MB e-mail message from Network Solutions
(registrar). That message (Subject: .ORG Domain Name Update)
contained about 86,000 e-mail addresses, from R over Z to _, one
address per line.
