[ga] NSI spam

I keep receiving UCE from NSI/Verisign.  This one today:

If you haven't done business with Network Solutions lately, 
you may not know about all the changes we've made to make 
working with us easier.

...

Since I have not been an NSI customer for years, why are they sending me 
spam?  Think it helps their image?
