WHOIS is not the DNS...
...It appears that people want to regulate name spaces (Dictionaries) via WHOIS, yet ICANN is only supposed to deal with the DNS,
which is a separate protocol and database.
Do people think they will be able to regulate ALL databases that contain whois-like information ?
Does all of the focus on domain names indicate that people have totally lost sight of the fact that
it is the IN-ADDR.ARPA zone, which is part of the DNS, which provides the market-locking-function
for the I* society Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) Machine....?
As long as people use the 0:0 .ARPA **Address Space**, they will be subject to...
