No Marc, those are the reports required under Appendix T. They are not the
Evaluation reports.
These are the reports which are required under Appendix U:
http://www.icann.org/tlds/agreements/info/registry-agmt-appu-11may01.htm
The vast majority of these are available for publication under the terms of
the Agreement.
The reports should provide the ICANN community and constituencies with the
most detailed evaluation of the release of the New TLDs, informing
everyone's judgements on the best way to proceed with any future TLDs.
I find it inexplicable that Stuart Lynn said last summer that the ICANN
staff had "not had time to publish them on the net" and here we are almost a
year later, and STILL no sign of them.
How can all ICANN constituencies (and other people interested in DNS issues)
make informed judgements about the development of further TLDs, when the
Evaluation Process is handled in this manner?
