on the agenda. If that's not clear listen to the MP3 recording. The
council agreed the process of allowing the unsuccessful candidates for
seat 14 (except Barbara Simons -- geographic diversity) have their
nominations go forward to seat 13.

Of course Alejandro's a legitimate candidate.
