Richard and all former DNSO GA members,

  Thank you for your clarification/spin here.  I am sure it was helpful
to some.  I am therefore per your post below, recommending to our members
that are .CN registrants to discontinue Nuestar as their registrar of choice
for .CN domain names and consider dealing directly with CNNIC.
