Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  As you already know and I believe have pointed out the ALAC/ALOC's
Mailing list is not archived.  Not much transparency there.  Is this
purposeful?  I believe it is.  So much for the transparency of the ALAC.
Can we expect more or better transparency from the ALAC in the
future?  I hope so, but if history is any guide, I think the answer there
is obviously, no.  I hope I am proven wrong however.  In any event,
before future transparency is established for the ALAC, the past history
of the ALAC/ALOC's mailing list, amongst other communications
should be a requirement...  I doubt that will occur...
