Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,
Danny, your subject line here is appropriate... Though sadly so..
ICANN like any other corp. cannot realistically "Reform" itself
from within. Prison reform processes have tried that for decades
with little success.
All that I can see is that ICANN has further "Reformed" itself
into a oligarchy... Such corp. governance systems always fail
and cause great harm along the way.
