Re: [ga] ICANN Staff's at-large website - http://forum.icann.org/alac-comments/ - Purposfully misleading, or gross managment error?

Vittorio and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

Why does the forum E-Mail address fail? Is there a fear that
before Rio that comments that may not be particularly supportive
be the reason? Kinda smells bad here Vittorio! :(

In that the Web site link, http://forum.icann.org/alac-comments/
states, despite the "Under Construction" heading, and I quote,
"Welcome to the ALAC Public Comment Forum. This page is
under construction, but will be operational after the ICANN
meeting in Rio de Janeiro, March 23-27 2003. Until then, e-mail
from the general public concerning ALAC activities is encouraged.
Interested parties should send their comments to <forum@alac.icann.org>. "

This seems either a gross error, or designed to be misleading
purposefully... In either case it does not serve well for this
rather poor preview of coming attractions, i.e. wisdom of those
on this committee...
