  I could not agree with you comments more here Joanna.  Thank you
for posting them!  >:)  As one that has tried to participate, and has
been an observer I can freely testify that Joanna here is being quite
accurate and succinct in her comments below..

  I would ask again as Danny did several weeks ago.  Where are the
archives of this so called ALAC committee ML frior to Feb. '03?
