Just a suggestion you may want to consider here. I'm sure Secretary Evans, Assistant Secretary Victory, and COTR Handley do not need to read every reply you send to the GNSO's General Assembly forum. Heck, they are probably already on this forum so any CC:s you send only add to their amount of mail and make personal responses to other unrelated requests not possible because they are busy weeding through their mailing list mail -- not to mention the fact they each receive tonnes of spam.
The courteous thing to do would be to e-mail them privately, and ask if they would like you to continue sending carbon copies of all your replies to the GA mailing list. :)

John and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,
I must agree with John here. Tha last time around the Lottery
process produced poor stuarts of TLD's as registries. A auction
has little or even less of a chance to produce better results.
