Re: [ga] IDN-admin should be a recommendation, not mandatory.


Dear Interested,

I do not get this message.  It appears that some people think the 
RFCs are mandates/laws/rules.  They are not.
They are advisories published by supposed professionals. They are equivalant 
to articles in the New England Journal of Medicine. And those usually pump 
drugs rather than other approaches.
