Richard and all former DNSO GA members,

  Indeed Richard you are essentially correct.  The ALAC an indirect creature
from the old ALSC has no creditability as to a representation structure
for the stakeholders/users.  It is plain and simple a "Trade Association"
without individual stakeholder/user members.  The spin that Esther,
Denise, and now Vittorio have been applying in the name of the ALAC
for stakeholders/users individually is a simple canard...
