Why?

Everybody in this list was informed of its existance and the fact that they
could comment. Everybody in the annouce list was informed. It was posted in
the website. Very few people chose to read it and comment on it. Anybody
can now comment on it to the ICANN Board. It will be interesting to see how
many do it.

The problem is that there are many more people looking at what others are
doing and crying "bloody murder" at any oportunity than people really
interested on doing actual work.

Those who wish to participate constructively can do it, all it takes is
just reading documents and thinking... instead of watching this list
looking for opportunities to attack somebody.

(and I do not mean you, Raul).
