Mr. Cohen has done a fine job of representing the perspectives of the
DNSO on the ICANN board. I feel that he has also displayed the
understanding necessary in considering  all positions when making
important policy decisions.

He has consistantly acted in a most responsible manner in the actions he
has taken in his position as  current ICANN board member.
