Peter de Blanc is the ccTLD Constituency candidate for the ICANN Board
election.

The ccTLD Constituency is the most diverse and international one,
including members from 244 different countries and territories.

Peter de Blanc has been working with a great patience, wisdom,
generosity, openess and fairness with each and every person from
the ccTLD group to establish the ccTLD Constituency as a formal entity,
with its structure, articles and funding mechanisms.

Whereas the intial urgent ICANN work focused on the gTLD issues,
the ccTLD ones are by far more complicated by the worldwide diversity.

Formalizing the ccTLD relationships with ICANN, working on Best
Practices for ccTLD Managers, establishing an acceptable to all 
funding scheme, are the most visible tasks. All of them are requesting
those scarce and talented people with a tremendous technical knowledge 
of Internet pioneers, who are also able to understand various legal 
and political aspects as well as preserve business interests.
