        My name is Duff Conacher, and personally and on behalf of Democracy
Watch, the non-profit citizen group I coordinate in Ottawa, Canada, I am
writing to express support for the candidacy of James P. Love for the DNSO
seat on the ICANN Board.  I know his work on Internet issues well, and as a
result I believe Mr. Love is the best candidate to represent the public
interest on the ICANN Board.
