I am writing to endorse James Love for membership on
the board of ICANN, for the Domain Name Supporting
Organization (DNSO) slot.

I am in full support of his platform to:      
   1  limit ICANN's powers,
   2  protect the public's free speech rights in
domain names, 
   3  expand the "Top Level Domain" space, and
   4  permit individual domain names holders to elect
members of the DNSO names council.
