        3c. I wish to endorse Joanna Lane

            Joanna Lane has proven she wishes to represent Individuals Users
of the Internet and Individual Domain Name Holders. Currently there is no
one besides Karl Auerbach who has our best interests at heart. Joanna Lane
would add a voice that does not represent only large Corporate interests,
but represents Small Business Owners and Individuals. This is essential if
ICANN is ever to begin to have a Bottom Up Consensus on issues it makes
decisions on.

		So far ICANN's Board has fallen short of this Bottom Up Consensus on
everything it has has made decisions on. The decisions the Board has made to
date have been in the best interests of Corporate America and Intellectual
Property Attorneys. This is not what ICANN's Board claims their intentions
to be. They claim to reach their decisions by Bottom Up Consensus meaning
that they are making decisions that reflect what the Internet Community has
wanted. This has been the rhetoric they have put out to the public, but the
reality has been much different. They have blatently ignored what the public
wants and favored the interests of Corporate America over Individual Users.

		By placing more people on the Board like Karl and Joanna, we may be able
to reverse the trend and get ICANN to a level playing field where
Individual's Rights are not being trampled on as they are now. I urge
everyone to support Joanna Lane.
