Joanna Lane

Joanna has shown the  passion that drives a volunteer GA participant to add 
meaningfully to the debate.
She is part of the "bottom-up" input that ICANN needs.

Such people, when also coherent and articulate, are harder to find than 
those who are simply defending their business interest or their employers' 
business interest.

Not having met her face to face, from her written contributions I conclude 
that the Board can benefit from her participation.
