[nc-budget] Your approval of routine invoices is necessary

Dear NC Budget Committee members,

The NC have a rule that the NC Budget Committee must approve 
routine invoices to the NC for montly salary to the NC Secretariat.

Please do it promptly, the invoices are unpaid since July, 
imagine yourself that _your_ salary is missing at home since 
3 months or your company is unpaid for services since 3 months 
... or longer.

Thank you very much for your attention.

To be explicit: I approve July, August and September routine
invoices for the NC Secretariat.
