All,
I created agenda@dnso.org list, however I have difficulties
with lists of persons authorised to post, as email addresses
of the ICANN officers and staff and ICANN Board members are
not all known to me. Furthermore those addresses may vary over time.
It supposes manual work, and human ressources.
I am confident all procedures the NC put in place to
work better will at the same time put evidence that NOTHING
can be done without efficient and reliable technical and
administrative support from the Secretariat, which until
now is simply ignored.
