[nc-intake] Re: Intake Committee announcement

Philip and Intake Colleagues,

I would suggest a rewriting of the first sentence into:
At its 21 September meeting the DNSO Names Council (NC) requested the Intake
Committee (IC) to assist it with the preparation of agendas for NC meetings. 
-- mainly because the "last meeting" is unclear.

There are two parts in the provided text:
      - an announcement of new methodology adopted
      - a request for input to the NC agenda in LA
