sorry for responding late but since August I'm extremely loaded with 
preparing a JV, building a "business entrepreneur hotel" as part of a 
different project and moving my offices.

I agree with both, Erica's suggestion to set up a BizPlan as incorporated 
in the draft LA agenda by Philip. I also fully support the idea of a UDRP 
review, particularly since those attorneys dealing with UDRP in my law firm 
identified a couple of questions that might be worth to be considered.
