I believe the two deferred items are also covered by the business plan.

Its a good idea to allocate different leads for different parts of the plan
and I will be thinking over this and asking NC members to agree to take a
topic or two.

(This should not detract from posting the agenda if the process takes too
long. We can always produce a more detailed agenda nearer the time.)
