There are a number of proposals that will be submitted to the WHOIS Committee
as part of our outreach consultation period that should be started by Stockholm
(ICANN technical team permitting).  TuCows have contacted me and they will be
commenting on their proposal as part of the NC's consultation process.

I hope all will be ready for Stockholm where an announcement will be made.
