Vany,

Danny explicitely requested for automated handling of
excessive posts, and not about bounces, and his request
is duly recorded in archives. Therefore I wish it remains
as it is.

Patrick Corliss and Danny Younder are set as listadmin
for specific_purposes_ga_sublists (they requested for 6),
any other lists are managed by the Secretariat (i.e. ga, announce,
and all NC lists).
