I just wanted to know what was the plans exactly.

I wanted to know this because since I know there will be a one way webcast
(the remote participant listens only) and reponses will be given through a
chat probably;  or teleconference will be needed.  I think that if we can
provide a full duplex remote participation
to remote candidates through the Internet, it would be better than do it by
telephone involving internationall phone calls and instalation of aditional
teleconference facilities costs.

I tested a system that it works pretty fine over the Internet (not work under
a NAT, neither with private IPs) and that, if there is anyone that is
interested to test it with me during this or the next week, I am open to do
so.  Of course that we have to know first who will not be there for sure.

Please let me know, if those organizing this session in the GA with
candidates is interested in this option.
