[nc-org] Policy draft item 2

"2. The new ORG registry must function efficiently and 
reliably. The entity chosen by ICANN must show its 
commitment to a high quality of service for all .ORG 
users worldwide, including a commitment to making 
registration, assistance and other services available 
in different time zones and different languages."

I would not mind to see included here (or elsewhere), that new ORG
will be committed to provide registrations at the lowest possible
cost. This is especially important for third-world organisations and
individuals.
The ORG registry does not have to make a profit. The registry fee can
be lower (hopefully) than VeriSign's $6.
