[nc-org] Elections

There seem to have been no volunteers or nominees
to chair the TF other than myself. So, for better or
worse, there will be no election. 

Let's get on with our task. I would like to have a
set of policy principles that can be put before the
public for comment by the end of September. 

The only new and potentially controversial item on
the table is Marc Schneiders' idea of electing
the Board governing ORG through registrants. 
Any comments?
