[nc-org] Proposed comment schedule for .ORG

I would propose that the DNSO Secretariat issue a call
for public comment immediately 

(October 12 or 13)

and that we receive comments until 

October 29 (a Monday). 

That would give the Task Force a week to modify 
the document, and a week for the Names Council 
members to review it in advance of Marina del Rey.

Can the DNSO Secretariat set up a special 
address for email comments to be sent?
If so, this address should be sent out with 
the announcement.
