A general European (almost all Europe) information --
the 15 of August, Tuesday, is a holiday, and the 4 days
12-15 August is the longest weekend, many people on leave.
Similar to July 4th long weekend in the US.

On personal note - I plan to be with my Mother in Warsaw 
from 12 to 20 August, my only vacation this summer, and it 
will be very difficult for me to join any telecon.
It may be manageable (plan B solution) if you could call me.

I have to be in Paris on 21 August in the morning to
close the call for nominations to the ICANN Board on the DNSO,
and open the call for endorsements in the afternoon.
With all verifications it is the whole day work.

Any other date in August in manageable if notice few days in advance.

I would suggest we look also on the September.
The NC will be busy all the week 11-16 September,
I have my work committments for 17-20 September in Lisbon.
