Paul, all

I've been watching the many coments on the Ga list and I've taken the
liberty to consolidate comments and discussion received on this list, to
start having one document, more structured, that we can work with and
forward to our respective constituencies and the discussion on the GA list
that Roberto has already kindly summarized for input. This I would suggest
is then forwarded to respective constituencies and to the council for
discussion.

I will be forwarding the consolidated draft (and please, it is merely to
have one document to work from to focus discussion) Monday, September 18th.
