[nc-review] Update on NC Review 2.0 Circulation for Comment.

All,

To give you an update on the NC review. We have received some comments to
the NC Review 2.0 circulated on September 29th. Unfortunately due to both
server problems, and other e-mail related problems, I have not been able to
access e-mail the past three days. This has caused a delay -- i.e.,
prevented me from getting all the comments, incorporating them, and
circulating to the NC what would be forwarded to the ICANN staff by the
October 13th date.

I have notified the ICANN staff and the NC Chair of this situation, and have
told them that they will receive the DNSO review paper on Tuesday October
17th (after the NC has a chance to see the comments incorporated until COB
Monday, 16th). They have agreed that this is acceptable.
