[nc-review] DNSO Review

Hi, Theresa.

No big reaction from the GA this time.
The only constant comment (on the list and in private) is the need for a WG
for the DNSO Review.
A couple of people claimed that there is the need to "boycott" the NC
report, and address the comments to ICANN directly. I don't think that this
is a widespread feeling, but it is certainly odd that after a huge activity
to define the charter, there is now silence on the answers.
Anyway, I plan to rehash the issue after the NC report, and if we have no
answer at that time again, that means that there's nothing to say. If, OTOH,
we have a good response, it is clear that we have a problem of confidence in
the NC.
BTW, I don't understand the reluctancy about a WG. Not to have created it
may have been a big mistake, because it creates further opposition.
