sorry for the delay in posting the draft resolution, but I will post it
about 6:00 p.m. tonight. My apologies for the delay. 

I would welcome comments from any/all, but please, if you are an elected NC
rep, and you haven't designated your member on the TF, be aware that I am
considering asking Philip to make appointments!!!!  :-)

There is lots to talk about still in this group around what is in the draft
resolution.  

I am out of pocket tomorrow, but wondered how many of you are arriving
