Danny, I'll consult with Philip Sheppard but it appears to me that Joanna
would take the seat of the GA on the TR-TF.  Let's get Philip's advice on
interpretation of the NC rules for TF.

Marilyn,

A member of the General Assembly, Joanna Lane, has expressed interest in 
joining this Task Force as a representative of the registrant community.  
Joanna has previously established a group known as Independent Domain Name 
Holders, was a candidate for the ICANN Board and is currently an editor of 
internetstakeholders.com.

She would join this group not as a representative of the GA, but rather as
an 
interested party as stipulated by our By-Laws:  "Each of such bodies shall 
provide appropriate means, as determined by the NC, for input and such 
participation as is practicable under the circumstances by other interested 
parties."

Please advise if she will be allowed to participate.
