Nick - some great suggestions here. Specifically as it relates to your
suggested change for question number 8, the reworded question is in fact a
different question than what we have proposed. The original question talks
specifically to the transferor's perception of the security/integrity of the
process whereas yours assumes that the process is insecure and questions the
level/existence of concern about the perceived lack of integrity surrounding
the process.

It would be my preference to pursue answers to the original question and not
the latter as I think it is a safe presumption that if a transferor can
possibly lose their domain name during a transaction that they would be (to
some degree) concerned about that reality - in essence, your revised
question produces a moot answer based on a pre-supposed condition (that I
would argue should not be pre-supposed).
