Ross, do you think you do a quick-and-dirty workup of what you think are
the differences between the two models? If Jeff agrees that the workup
is a good model of the differences then....we have the right starting
point.  I think in the past we have gotten into a subject only realize
after much work that we didnt agree on the basics.

The workup would certainly help me get a handle on the issue(s) and
hopefully we as a task force can learn from our previous mistakes.
