Thanks Jeff - you picked up a few things that I didn't, please find the
changes included in the base draft attached to my next message. These
changes have been checked against the transcript and have the support of the
TF. Accordingly, as per my post yesterday, this is the final version of the
document.

Thanks to all that directed their time, attention and effort to this task.
