[nc-transfer] Change the Registrar request
Gentlemen;
Your company is holding my domain name hostage.
After the first request to transfer this domain was rejected I contact
Network Solutions and stated the fact I NEVER RECEIVED AND EMAIL REQUESTING
TRANSFER AUTORIZATION. Their only solution was to resubmit the transfer
request.
After resubmitting the transfer request and receiving confirmation from
Bulkregister on 2/10/2003 that the new request was sent, on 2/13/2003
7:17AM I received notification from Bulkregister:
Transfer Batch ID : 156215
BR Member Handle : GR1641-BR Thank you for submitting your list of domains for transfer. The transfer process is now COMPLETE for this batch. Rejected by Registrar - these domains were requested successfully for
transfer by BulkRegister, however the registrar would not allow the domain to be
transferred out of their system. Please contact the registrar to find out why
they might have NACKed your request.
usmarketing.com Upon receiving the above notification I called Network Solutions on
2/13/2003 at 7:56AM too find out the problem, two Network Solutions
customer service reps assured me Network Solutions did not have any record of
the request, yet bulkregister had notified me the request was already
denied.
To my surprise I received the following on the 16th.

FROM NETWORK SOLUTIONS.
For some reason Network Solutions business solicitations and customer
support emails are sent and received without problems.
I called Network Solutions 2/16/2003 12:20PM only to be told that they had
received the request on 2/12/2003 8:00Am and sent the notice 2/12/2003 9:51AM
which I never received.
For what reason was Customer Service not able to Find the request on
2/13/2003 during my call.
I researched the Net for similiar experiences and it seems I am far from
alone. This article sums it up
Please transfer my domain manually, I believe this is enough
autorization.
