NAF RELEASES REVISED SUPPLEMENTAL RULES
ICANN arbitration provider National Arbitration Forum has
released a revised set of supplemental rules that will take
effect next week.  The NAF says the new rules are designed
to increase fairness in the UDRP system by providing
additional time for supplemental responses, restricting the
ability of complainants to withdraw their complaint, and
providing respondents with partial refunds in the event of a
complaint withdrawal from a three-member panel.  New rules
