Actually I think we discussed this at the beginning, and since someone (Milton
perhaps) suggested that we werent 'counting votes'...but looking for ideas, we
really didn't care if someone stuffed the ballots.  After all, even with e-mail
validation nothing is stopping that process. We did ask for one comment per
person, so theoretically if someone posts twice and has different ideas we like
in each we could chose to ignore the later one.  But I suspect we wouldn't.

One could get a few dozen e-mail addresses put together in way less time than it
would take to craft actual responses, so really the e-mail verification is just a
formality, like the product code on the CD case for software.
