Sorry for my silence.  I have been swamped with my day job and have been
sidetracked with the ICANN restructuring.  I have gone thorough half of the
summaries I received and hope to have a document for you all to review in
the next one or two weeks.  I am still awaiting the responses from the
questionnaire posted on the ICANN website.  I received an email from Louis
indicating that he should be forwarding those in the not too distant future.
As you can imagine, ICANN staff is also fairly busy in light of Lynn's
restructuring proposal.  I also need to accumulate all the articles that
people have forwarded me on the UDRP in an electronic format and distribute
them for everyone to read if they have not already done so.  Many of them
have been previously posted to the Task Force list.

Again, sorry for my delay.

Does anyone know what the status of the committee is at this point?  Is
there something we are supposed to be doing?  I am not asking for more work,
but I am not sure where we stand right now?
